The leader in me
An affective teacher and a good teacher are similar because they both require leadership. They both have to get people to want to listen to them. They use the leadership skill in gathering the people together and getting them to do things or listen to what they have to say. A teacher has to take control of the class room and make the rules or everything will be chaos. A leader needs to show who is in charge and has to be someone they can count on. My english teacher last year would work till everyone in the class understood the subject matter because he cared about our own individual learning and us as individuals also.My leadership in action
I will become more of a leader by improving my leadership skills by becoming more outgoing so that way people will want to listen to me and follow in my footsteps. I am involved in Birdville High School Lady Hawks Soccer. On the soccer field is where i learn how to be a leader to the knew freshman who come play soccer. I help push the new freshman to get back into shape and for them to work really hard in the weight room and on the field.
